Nebraska is what America is supposed to be. Pete Ricketts is working to bring our Proven Nebraska Solutions to the rest of America.

As Governor, Pete phased out state taxes on military retirement income and Social Security. He worked to improve government services by making SNAP work better for the people who need it. And he worked to make government operate more like a business by rooting ou waste and inefficiency. 

Pete is bringing these Nebraska priorities to Washington. He’s voted for tax cuts on Social Security, completely eliminating federal taxes on Social Security benefits for 88% of seniors. He’s introduced the bipartisan Tax Cuts for Veterans Act to help Nebraska veterans keep more of their hard-earned income. And he is always advocating for the federal government to continue adopting the Proven Nebraska Solutions that have made our state government one of the most efficient in the nation.
